Each of our glide sessions last approximately 45 mins to 1 hour including training prior to the fun starting.
WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW?
As long as you can ride a bike, you should be fine.
We do have some restrictions though!
Age - you must be over 11 years of age.
Under 16yrs of age - Parent or legal guardian must sign a consent form and accompany them on the glide.
Weight - Min 7st / 45KG Max - 18st / 114KG
